This is not my book. I bought this domain while working with the author’s son. He wanted to re-build the site after he/his father let the domain lapse. I immediately bought the domain to begin work.
Since there wasn’t a good (or any) backup of the original site, I told him I’d rebuild the site based on what was available in the Wayback Machine. I said it would take some time and effort.
He said, “Forget it.”
SO…
Since I own the domain, and he no longer wants to deal with a website, I am using the domain to sell the book.
Yes, I get a tiny commission from Amazon. But they get book sales and the world gets a better view of the book and its author.
This is win-win to me.
The book is appropriately titled, “Skin in the Game: The Past, Present, and Future of Real Estate Investments in America”
